The link between hunting and point to point racing was clear today
as the Tynedale hounds paraded before racing
Laganside (James Muir) winner of the confined jump alongside Kick
for Touch (Rose Davidson)
The field clear a fence in what was a competitive intermediate
race
The first three home in the Intermediate jump a fence on the final
circuit, Coomakista (Ran Morgan)1st, from Eighty Days (Rose
Davidson) 2nd and far side May's Delight (Adam Waugh)
The ladies open field jump the last first time around, Knockholt
(Alice Pattinson) eventual 3rd from the winner Geordie's Express
(Val Jackson) far side and Pharmistice (Nicola Neill)

Starbuck (Luke Morgan) leads from Commanche Spirit (Adam Waugh) and
eventual winner Rib Kirby (Ran Morgan) in the mens open
Following a close finish in the mens open Decent Bond (Mark
Thompson) on the left returns to the enclosure with Rip Kirby (Ran
Morgan) unsure of the result. Rip Kirby was the eventual winner
Soprano Lass (Alice Pattinson) from Dark Diva (Andrew Richardson)
and Sharp Fountain (Clive Storey) in the restricted
